    CASA is a versatile venue designed for dance, events, and community gatherings, featuring two 850 sq ft units, a kitchenette, and two bathrooms.
  • Where is CASA located?
    CASA is at 4025 Steele St., Denver, CO 80216, just 5 minutes off the I-70 highway.
  • What types of events can I host at CASA?
    CASA is ideal for dance classes, rehearsals, private parties, corporate events, workshops, and more.
  • What are the operating hours?
    CASA usage depends on the client renting it for use. CASA is available for rent from 6am -10pm. For renters, usage is restricted to the days and times outlined in your agreement. Events must end by 10 PM unless prior permission is granted.
  • Can I use CASA's address for my business?
    Yes, with a signed Long-Term Occupant Space Agreement, occupants may use the studio's address as their business address during their term. This must cease upon agreement termination.
  • How much does it cost to rent CASA?
    The hourly rental rate is $150 for events and $50 for dance classes.
  • Q: What deposits are required?
    Yes. A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your reservation. A $100 refundable cleaning deposit is also required. For excessive messes, an additional $150 cleaning fee may apply.
  • How do I book CASA?
    Contact CASA to check availability and secure your booking with a signed agreement and applicable deposits.
  • Is there setup and cleanup time included in the rental?
    Yes, rentals include a 15-minute setup and 15-minute cleanup window. Additional time is billed at the hourly rate.
  • Can I tour CASA before booking?
    Yes, tours are available by appointment. Optionally, you can take a virtual tour at www.casadenver.com/virtualtour
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellations must be made at least ONE WEEK in advance to avoid forfeiting refundable deposits.
  • What are the cleaning responsibilities?
    Occupants must clean the space and leave it in its original condition after each use. CASA performs monthly cleanings, with a $50 monthly cleaning fee for long-term occupants.
  • Can I decorate the space?
    Yes, but no permanent alterations (e.g., nails, screws, or paint) are allowed. Damages will result in charges.
  • Are food and drinks allowed?
    Outside food and catering are permitted. Alcohol is allowed only with prior written approval and proper permits. Food and drinks are not permitted on the dance floor.
  • Are there restrictions on shoes?
    Shoes with metal soles or heels are prohibited to protect the floors. Dances such as Tap, Zapateado, etc are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    NO. Smoking of any kind (Tobacco, Marijuana, e.t.c) is strictly prohibited on the premises, including the parking lot.
  • Can I sublease the space?
    No, subleasing is not allowed.
  • Do I need insurance?
    Yes, all occupants must provide liability insurance listing CASA Events LLC as an additional insured party.
  • What happens if damages occur?
    Occupants are liable for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Repairs must be completed by the occupant or will be billed by CASA.
  • What happens if payment is late (Long Term Renters)?
    A 3-day grace period is allowed. A $50 late fee applies after the grace period. Payments not made within 7 days may result in the loss of reserved times or agreement termination.
  • Are there restrictions on permitted activities?
    All activities must comply with local, state, and federal laws, as well as the terms outlined in the agreement.
  • What is required for a single-day event reservation?
    A 50% non-refundable deposit and a $100 refundable cleaning deposit are required. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
  • Can events extend past the booked time?
    Extensions are subject to availability and billed at the standard hourly rate.
  • Are children allowed at events?
    Yes. But they must be supervised at all times to prevent property damage. All costs incurred by damages caused by children will have to be paid by the renter.
  • What amenities are included in the rental?
    Rentals include two spacious units, a kitchenette, two bathrooms, sound equipment, and basic lighting.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes. Free on-site and street parking are available. Please remove all valuables from vehicles. CASA is not liable for theft or damage to vehicles.
  • Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
    Yes. CASA is fully wheelchair accessible.
  • What are the thermostat requirements?
    The thermostat must be set to 65°F upon exiting to prevent damage to the piping.
  • How are keys handled?
    One key is issued per occupant and must not be duplicated or shared without permission. Lost or shared keys without consent may result in penalties.
  • What is the policy for personal items?
    All personal items must be removed at the end of the agreement. CASA is a shared space with multiple users. CASA is not responsible for items left behind.
  • What is the termination process?
    Agreements can be terminated with a 30-day written notice by either party. Immediate termination may occur for violations, such as non-payment or policy breaches.
  • Q: What happens if CASA cancels my event?
    CASA will only cancel events under unforeseen circumstances, such as power outages or safety issues. In the unlikely case that this happens, CASA will fully refund the client within 5 days of communication.
  • What happens upon agreement termination?
    All personal items must be removed, and any remaining payments or damages must be settled.
